ZNAK is a jewelry brand created for those who seek depth, meaning, and inner clarity. Each piece acts as a personal symbol — a reminder to stay present, trust yourself, and notice the signs both around and within.

Brand Identity
The visual identity of ZNAK is rooted in the meaning of its name. The word “znak” in Russian means “sign,” and this concept forms the foundation of the entire brand.
A sign can appear externally as a shadow, a beam of light, a number on a clock, or a passing glance. It can also arise internally as a quiet intuition or subtle inner knowing. ZNAK exists in the space between these two experiences: the outer and the inner, the logical and the intuitive.
The logo and design system were created to express this duality. Serif typography brings a sense of tradition, structure, and recognition. Pixelated and distorted elements suggest hidden meanings and digital layers that reflect the complexity of perception. At the center of the logo is a star-like form that evokes a compass or a moment of inner alignment, when something outside resonates deeply within.

Typography is a central element: a combination of elegant classic letterforms and pixelated distortion. This stylistic collision mirrors the brand’s concept — a meeting point between intuition and clarity.
Imagery features soft gradients, high contrast, surreal textures, and symbolic compositions. AI-generated elements were used to explore how the logo-sign might appear across materials: stone, metal, reflection, human skin. The result is a deeply immersive, cohesive identity that blends physical craft with conceptual vision.

The poster series was conceived as a continuation of the brand’s core idea, signs that appear around us and within us. These visuals were not created to simply showcase jewelry, but to evoke a certain state of perception. A state where attention sharpens, and meaning starts to emerge from light, texture, and coincidence.
Using AI tools, we generated backgrounds that resemble visual metaphors, light traces, celestial forms, reflections, glitch-like distortions, subtle hints of something greater trying to reach you. The jewelry appears within these spaces not as a product, but as a symbol, a point of resonance in an otherwise abstract landscape.

As a result of the branding process, we created an identity that does not just illustrate, but resonates. It invites reflection, encourages inner dialogue, and turns the act of wearing jewelry into a personal ritual. The project demonstrates how design can be a medium for intuition and meaning, not just form.
By uniting emotional sensitivity with experimental aesthetics, ZNAK stands out in a saturated market — not through noise, but through depth and presence.
It leaves a trace.
